Easter is Coming

Growing up my Great-Grandma Hattie would make this dessert for Easter. The Charlotte Russe. It is a molded custard, with this light and airy layer, Covered in whipped cream, surrounded with lady fingers, and adorned with fresh fruit.

Traditionally Grandma would only use a ring of orange on the top. I added the berries when I took over the recipe.
